ABOUT ME

 

At the age of 14, I fell in love with yoga and haven't looked back since. With daily dedication, a deep passion for the practice, and over a decade of experience, I have transformed my life through yoga. It's not just about poses; it's a journey of mindfulness, stress reduction, and healing.

 My teaching philosophy is centred on harmonising the body and breath, empowering students to tap into their inner strength and self-confidence.

I'm a true explorer of the mind-body connection. With a vast array of knowledge, including an online Neuroscience course at Harvard and experience as a TEDx Speaker, I've delved deep into the incredible power of meditation and breathwork.

"Mind over matter" becomes a reality when you equip yourself with the tools to harness the potential within. I am on a mission to share this transformative message far and wide, touching lives and inspiring change.
